			LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN This very large room always impresses visitors. The original upstairs hall has been kept as an open plan multi-function area. The vaulted roof is tastefully illuminated with the subtle use of uplighting. There are three large sofas in the living section, with a widescreen TV and DVD, hi-fi, and a selection of books, games, music and movies that guests are welcome to use.
	DINING AREA The dining area comfortably seats eight people. The adjoining kitchen work surface is ideal for serving food. The restored arched window preserves the original architectural design and acts as a focal point for the whole room, looking equally impressive by day and by night.
			KITCHEN The kitchen has oak-fronted cabinets, granite work surfaces and features a halogen hob, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and double sink. This is a family home so you'll find all you need in the way of crockery, cutlery and utensils - everything from oven gloves to a corkscrew!
	BEDROOMS Three of the five bedrooms are downstairs in this upside-down house. This is the stylish and roomy master bedroom. Four windows give lots of natural light, and the walk-in recessed wardrobe provides plenty of hanging and storage space. The contemporary en-suite includes a panelled bath and curved shower screen, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
			BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom is also downstairs. It has a double bed and a large double wardrobe with ample hanging space and drawers beneath.
	BEDROOM 3 This single bedded room is also downstairs. The furniture includes a wardrobe and separate chest of drawers.
			BEDROOM 4 This is one of the two upstairs bedrooms. It has a double bed, double wardrobe and a separate chest of drawers.
	BEDROOM 5 This is the other upstairs bedroom. It has a single bed and a chest of drawers.
			FAMILY BATHROOM The spacious and luxurious family bathroom has a panelled bath, double curved cubicle shower, a heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
	UTILITY ROOM This useful and well-proportioned room has its own entrance from outside and is a handy area for storing outdoor clothing, sandy towels and muddy boots. Guests are welcome to use the Whirlpool washing machine.
